职位描述
Responsibilities: Manage a team of Project Eng’r in sourcing Video Security products (such as Camera, DVR, NVR etc).
1. Manage and actively negotiate all necessary commercial/technical/quality issues in relation to needed products and suppliers.
2. Lead price reduction efforts within area specified by assignment.
3. Assist in the overall development of supplier strategies.
4. Create, refine and maintain supplier information database.
5. Assist in building inter-departmental systems for managing suppliers.
6. Work closely with BUs on product development/ market trend/ and sourcing directions.
7. Effective communicate with BUs and provide status reports regularly.
8. Other responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
1. Degree/Higher Diploma in Business or Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of related experiences in project management and 2 years in supervisory level.
2. Be familiar with Video Security Products(Camera, DVR, NVR etc) function and software application, possess knowledge of US market requirement and trend of video security product is preferable.
3. Be familiar with mobile apps is preferable.
4. Good proven records in successfully sourcing projects preferable in the same types of products and supplier base. Experience in import/export business environment is preferred.
5. Good experience in using MS Office, Outlook, and related computer software.
6. Self-motivated, good team work and communication skills.
7. Good in both oral and written English is a MUST
