Requirements:
1.Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
2.At least 5 years of working experience in R&D, QA or QC in Manufacturing or Laboratory testing of juvenile products e.g. strollers, walkers, cribs
3.Be familiar with manufacturing processes e.g. injection moulding, metal tubing & stamping, assembly
4.Knowledge of International Safety Standards of Juvenile products
5.Fluent in English
6.Hard-working, pro-active, self-driven, high perseverance and high integrity
7.Good communication skills and good team player
8.Preferably be familiar with ISO 9001 quality management system
Job discription
1..Frequent visits to suppliers to conduct During Production Check to enforce product compliance
2..Communicate and work effectively with suppliers and headquarters to resolve quality issues
3.Coordinate and work with QC and QA departments to monitor production of suppliers in good quality
4. Interact with suppliers and R&D department to assure new products which can meet quality requirements at different milestones in whole Product Development Cycle
5.Perform Design Review, Risk Analysis, Control Plan review, Pilot Production check, Mass Production check and First Inspection.
6.Compile, maintain and update product checklists for suppliers and QC to follow
7. Liaise with headquarters, suppliers and third party laboratory to solve testing issues
8.Provide technical support and guidance to QC for inspection
9..Handle customer complaints and Non-conformity reports with suppliers to work out effective corrective and preventive actions in a timely manner
10.Perform routine monthly XRF testing on selected materials from suppliers
