职位描述
Key responsibilities:
1. To develop and maintain the monthly work schedule in cooperation with center manager to ensure the completion of sales targets.
2. To manage and lead the sales team by following company's standard sales process. Maintain and utilize management systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
3. To participate in the overall implementation of training program.
4. To proactively take steps to ensure the team acquires full product knowledge, market information, and continuously improves sales skills.
5. To keep up to date on important company events and daily management reports and update the team as necessary.
6. To motivate the sales team and cultivate team spirit and a positive culture.
7. Together with Center Manager offer timely feedback to the Marketing Department about a variety of market possibilities.
8. To keep up to date with developments in the English language training industry including, but not limited to, market trends and competitor developments.
9. When necessary, to lead the communication with customer directly to help customer service team with solving customers' problems.
10. To help the sales team achieve sales targets.
11. Always show the professional image and manners to customers
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. 5+ years sales experience, including at least one year experience in team management. Experience in the English language training industry..
3. Strong English language ability
4. Strong communication skills and proven leadership ability..
5. Flexible and adaptable
6. Ability to work independently and set personal targets.
