JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / 工作职责：

1. To be in charge of product design.

2. To closely work with PM to define development schedule and make sure project delivery on time, on cost and quality.

3. To solve the technical issues with suppliers and customers.

4. To manage and coordinate vendors.

5. To be responsible from product development to mass production.

6. To backup PM responsibility when PM absent.

JOB REQUIREMENTS / 任职资格：

1. Minimum 3 years in international company, in position across multiple teams, projects and products, in the procedure of delivering from development to production with background in acrylic; plastic; MDF; wood; metal; electronic (LCD, LED, etc.).

2. Experienced working with vendors & suppliers in China (hardware, software & mechanical designers, manufacturers of PCBs & assembly / integration factories).

3. General familiarity of electronic & mechanical development procedure.

4. General familiarity of manufacturing equipment & processes.

5. Bachelor degree or above in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering is preferred

6. Knowledge in ProE & AutoCAD, other softwares, such as indesign, Potoshop, Solidworks are preferred.

7. Strong sourcing, project management experience.

8. Able to coordinate various projects and updates on a daily basis.

9. Report and hand all project issues in a professional manner.

10. Strong interpersonal & communication skills.

11. Honest, keen in details, hard working, team player and responsible.

12. Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.

13. Good English, written and spoken.
