Principal accountabilities主要工作职责
1. Monitor the testing process to meet company bulk/sample order testing requirement
2. Analysis the zipper sample failed company standard
3. Prepare testing override sheet for QA manager review
4. Lab testing KPI for each vendor to analysis zipper quality
5. Lab equipment maintenance, such as periodically calibration, etc
6. Deal with customer feedbacks and improve quality control based on the feedbacks;
7. Actively support and track the use of products, and provide improvement comments;
8. In charge of lab staff training;
9. Other tasks related with department job assigned by the superior.
1. 监控测试的流程确保能满足公司大货以及板单的要求；
2. 分析测试不良品；
3. 针对大货测试不良准备测试特批报表给品质经理；
4. 拉链供应商大货测试KPI分析工厂的拉链品质状况；
5. 测试设备的维护，如定期的校准等；
6. 总结产品质量问题并推动相关部门及时解决；
7. 协助跟踪产品的使用情况并提供改善意见；
8. 负责测试室相关同事培训；
9. 上级安排的与部门工作相关的其他事项。

Qualifications任职资格

1. High school or above in education ground;
2. Training on zipper testing management, quality management and product knowledge, etc.;
3. More than 3 years of quality management or testing experience;
4. Familiarity with the zipper testing processes, procedures, working principles and mechanisms; practical ability to operate; good command of the knowledge about the company’s products and application of production processes and technologies; familiarity with professional knowledge about the international quality system; ability to quickly solve the problems related to the production process;
5. Strong ability to read and understand English;
6.Considerably strong ability of learning, analysis, understanding, communication and coordination; conscientious, positive and responsible attitudes at work, and strong innovation awareness;
7. Adaptable to business trips.
1. 高中/技校以上学历；
2. 受过拉链测试管理、品质管理、产品知识等方面的培训；
3. 3年以上的质量管理工作或拉链测试经验；
4. 熟悉拉链相关测试的工艺工序、工作原理与机理，具备亲自动手操作能力；熟练掌握公司产品及生产工艺技术应用方面的知识；熟悉国际质量体系专业知识；具有迅速排解生产工艺问题的能力；
5. 良好的英文阅读与理解能力；
6. 具有较强的学习、分析、理解、沟通和协调能力；工作态度认真，积极负责，具有较强的创新意识；
7. 能适应出差。
