Principal accountabilities主要工作职责
1. Responsible for data entry into in-house system and make Purchase order;
2. Assist the purchasing supervisor in handling daily import/export business, prepare and confirm the purchase orders, make shipment arrangements and keep track of the date of arrival;
3. Develop and maintain the internal communication channels of Procurement Department, Customer service Department, Logistics Department and relevant functional departments of other organizations;
4. Prepare relevant documents for shipment of goods, and actively cooperate with the factory to ensure that the purchased goods be completed with the good quality and on time deliveries to customer .
5. Prepare the analysis and summary report for single-item purchasing activities;
6. Other tasks related with department job assigned by the superior.

1. 负责把订单入入系统并开出采购订单；
2. 协助采购主管处理日常进出口业务，完成采购订单制作，确认、安排发货及跟踪到货日期； 3. 发展和维护采购部、客户服务部、物流以及其他组织的相关职能部门的内部沟通渠道；
4. 做货物发货相关文件，积极配合工厂保质保量及时完成采购货物的跟进及其出货；
5. 编制单项采购活动的分析总结报告；
6.上级安排的与部门工作相关的其他事宜。


Qualifications任职资格
1. Junior college degree and above in marketing-related disciplines;
2. Training on logistics management, production management, negotiation and management skill development, etc;
3. More than 2 years of purchasing experience;
4. Familiarity with Microsoft Office as Excel/Word/PPT and good English skills;
5. Positive and enterprising spirits, strong sense of responsibility, strong self-control ability, and ability to work independently and withstand pressure; high enthusiasm at work and strong teamwork spirit.

1. 市场营销相关专业大专以上学历；
2. 受过物流管理、生产管理、谈判、管理技能开发等方面的培训；
3. 2年以上物资采购工作经验；
4. 熟练使用计算机及办公软件；英语水平良好；
5. 积极进取，责任心强，很强的自我约束力，独立工作和承受压力的能力；高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神。
