职位描述

Qualification & Technical skills
Degree in Telecom/ Communication engineering
Must have good understanding of project management
Overall & Specific Experience:
Strong acknowledge on mobile phone design and manufacture;(strong experience on Mechanical Parts is priority)
Familiar with the communication vocation special requirement
Better has quality management background;.
Key Behavioral Attributes:
At least 3 years experience on mobile phone project management
Can endure strong pressure and can make fast reaction to the supervisor;
Basic English skill is necessary.

Responsibilities:
1. Time Management:
Track new project development schedule start from project kick off, and keep every activity getting on schedule;
2. Communication Management
Coordinate with Indian team, China team and ODM to do ID approval, package artwork approval, hardware approval and mechanical approval;
Push every side or department to do team work and fix the respective job on time
Build good communication bright between Videocon Indian team, China team and ODM;
3. Quality management
New ODM qualification;
Responsible to recognize the new project risk items and start project risk evaluation
Support DQA to draft quality agreement and evaluate with design house and then get the signature
Critical component supplier audit and component qualification
Record each area quality issues, include software, hardware, material and reliability test
Get improvement plan from design house or ODM and validate the availability till to close the issue
Project maturity management on every design stage, evaluate every indication achieve status till to MP
Technical support to the ODM and component vendor;
Follow ECN process if mentioned product design change.
