Requirements:

1) At least 3-5 years relevant experience in Purchase and Costing Department of Toys field;

2) Strong experience in sourcing materials and accessories;

3) Knowledge of material quality safety requirements in Toys field;

4) Knowledge of industrial production and manufacturing processes;

5) Experience in quotation comparison & price negotiation with suppliers;

6) Good interpersonal and communication skills;

7) Willing to travel factories frequently;

8) Self motivated and independent;

9) Familiar with Outlook, EXCEL and Word

10) Bachelor or Master degree. Technical studies preferred;

11) Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

Job Duties:

1) Sourcing materials based on functional, quality and safety requirements;

2) Work closely with Quality team in new supplier development participating in quality and safety requirements discussions and factory audits;

3) Work closely with Engineering team to meet functional requirements and fulfillment of planned schedules for samples and first lot production;

4) Supplier quotations analysis and negotiation to meet price targets;

5) Co-ordinate with overseas colleagues for new materials or components requests.
