Assistant Accountant -- Temp, 6 months contract

Responsibilities:
? Responsible for daily accounting operation, invoices checking, prepare vouchers, payment and filing
? Manage the daily accounting operations, include account payables and staffs reimbursement
? Responsible for intercompany invoicing and reconciliation
? Handle A/R & A/P and all monthly reports, balance sheet schedules, P&L report
? Provide general support and assist in other ad-hoc assignment
? VAT special invoice certified and do the on-line tax reporting before the deadline every month

Job Requirements:

? College degree or above, major in Accounting, Finance or relevant background
? Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
? Knowledge in using MS applications and accounting software
? Good command of spoken and written English
? Initiative, High sense of responsibility, well organized, good team work spirit and work independently.
? Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
? Immediate availability is highly preferred
