职位描述

Title: Customer Services Representative
Responsibilities:
? Interacting and managing customer inquiries over the phone and through email; This includes troubleshooting, answering questions, and analysis of reported issues.
o Responding customer inquiries, utilizing product knowledge/expertise, research customer inquiry, identify their problem, escalation, and resolution (respond, trouble shooting)
o Respond promptly to customer inquiries
o Handle and resolve customer complaints
o Identify and escalate priority issues
o Route calls to appropriate resource
o Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
o Maintain follow up on items until fully resolved
o Generating customer cases using service management tools.
o Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and action taken
? Following up on outstanding cases to ensure timely resolutions to ensure an excellent customer service experience
? Helping users complete transactions on the platform, while understanding their specific buyer – seller relationship requirements
? Monitoring transactions and proactively reaching out to customers to assist with completion of their tasks
? Monitoring payments and financial account activity for customers.
? Communicating with various departments within internal departments and our partners to ensure an integrated approach to a client relationship
? Administering training to clients on various functions within the system
? Service quality – resolve customer inquiry/problem, improve quality customer service delivery
? provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
? Documenting support procedures and solutions for common problems
Qualifications:
? At least 1-3 years Customer Service experience and/or Operations experience supporting a software application.
? (SZ) Bachelor’s degree
? Working experience in Carrier or Logistics companies a plus
? Help Desk experience a plus
? Strong oral and written communication and customer relations skills a must
? Strong customer service skills, troubleshooting and problem solving skills, follow thru and follow-up, strong analytical skills
? Language requirements:
o Must be multilingual in the following languages – English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Fluency in other Asian languages will be an added advantage.
? A successful candidate will be detail oriented, analytical, and a strong problem solver
? Ability to multitask and work in a deadline/time sensitive environment
? Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
? Ability to work as part of the team – listening to team members, sharing knowledge and assuming responsibility to ensure success of any efforts
? Knowledge of supply chain, trade operations or trade sales a plus
? Familiarity with accounting and industry practices (LCs, banking, credit), import and export practices a plus
? Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
