To perform cashier functions & administer and maintain records for payments, administer bank-in and time

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Payments to vendors and employees are processed based on proper approval, and are made on a timely and accurate basis, and in accordance with established procedures. This includes arranging payment documents and supports for payment review and approval.
2.Payment vouchers and journals are properly maintained with proper supporting documents and approvals.
3.Employee expense reports are properly audited and checked against supporting documents to ensure all expenses are for legitimate business purposes and are in compliance with company policies.
4.Bank balances are closely monitored and reported on a daily basis; requests for transfers from Foreign account to RMB account are raised timely to ensure sufficient funds to meet payment obligations
5.All cash receipts are deposited into our bank account on a timely basis.
6.Assist in the preparation of monthly fund request reports.
7.Provide administration support for the finance department, including:Preparing, dispatching and filing of documents,Liaising with banks for changes in authorized signatories,Filing of journals and vouchers,Issue invoices.

Any other admin duties that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:

1.College/university graduated, Majored in accounting and got Accounting Certificate.
2.Good command in English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
3.Good communication and coordination skills.
4.Good computer skills in MS Windows and Office.
5.Familiar with one kind of the prevailing accounting system,such as Yongyou, Kingdee,etc.

Familiar with ACCPAC system is preferred.
