职责表述：
1.负责协助开展本部门的组织建设和制度管理工作；
2.负责组织开展外部市场信息（供应商、供应商的上游供应商、物流供应商相关信息）的收集分析工作；
3.负责组织开展供应商开发与维护管理工作（入围、评估、考核）；
4.负责组织供应商的成本降低工作，对供应商的产品制造成本进行评估；
5.负责协助开展质量标准体系建设工作，监督执行并提出合理建议；
6.负责协助部门产品策略的制定工作；
7.负责销售支持工作，提供产品的系统解决方案；

任职要求：
1.年龄28-40周岁，身体健康；
2.中大型外贸企业采购经理职位3年以上，建材行业优先考虑；
3.具备较强的采购战略及采购技巧，具备较强的抗压、团队建设及管理能力；
4.做事严谨，为人诚恳，作风正派；
