岗位职责：
1、负责集团总部日常招聘工作的开展；
2、负责职能总部及海外营销中心中层管理岗位的人员招聘；
3、协助招聘经理对公司高层管理岗位的人员删选；
4、定期对招聘市场进行分析，提供合理化的招聘策略调整建议；
5、完善相关招聘信息数据的采集汇总并分析。

任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，人力资源管理等相关管理专业，4年以上专职招聘工作经验；
2、对各类招聘方法应用熟练，并对相关测评工具有一定的了解；
3、良好的职能部门及销售管理岗位的人员甄别能力；
4、形象良好，沟通表达能力不错，执行力强，能承受较大的工作压力；
5、具备一定的团队管理能力，有知名企业及集团化公司招聘经验者优先考虑；
