Duties and responsibilities include

Operations, management, and development on routers/switches/firewalls(Linux and CISCO/HP equipment);
Hands-on troubleshooting and debugging of layer 2 and layer 3 issues;
Participating in the specification and implementation of globalnetworking standards and equipment configurations;
Implementing the best practices and procedures in all areas of networkoperations;
Guiding and enabling the professional development of the technical staff;
Proposing, documenting and implementing processes for reporting,auditing, and global network management;
Documenting technical procedures, standards, and policies;
Deployment and installation of new telecom connections and equipment (inoffices and in data centers);
Participating in linux system daily maintenceOpenness to 24/7 pager duty;
General level 2/3 support.

PROFILE Skills and Experience
Note: A good basis of fundamental networking knowledge is more valuablethan experience with any particular platform, hardware, or vendor.

1. 4+ years of networking experience in a network environment;
2. Excellent interpersonal communication ability to communicatein English essential;
3. Strong organizational, analytical, and project-managementskills;
4. Experience with open-source tools and operating
systems (OpenBSD/Linux);
5. Ability to work under stress and in a 24x7x365 productionenvironment;
6.Experience with Cisco equipment (routers and switches);
7.Expert knowledge of networking layers 2 and 3;
8. Knowledge of and experience with equipment/network concepts(firewalls, proxies, security);
9. Knowledge of and experience with network services andequipment (e.g. BPG, spanning tree, HSRP, TACACS+/Radius, VPN/IPSEC, etc.);
10. Strong experience with TCP/IP protocol/stack and low-level

Network troubleshooting
1.Linux system daily maintence experience
2.Experience with wireless (Wi-Fi) networking;
3.Experience with SNMP and RRD-based management tools.
4.large-sacle server management by Puppet+Svn is a plus
5.Shell, Perl or python is a plus
6.Cacti+Nagios is a plus
