Mission

Your main responsibility will be to lead our development teams toward the completion of top mobile game titles

-Macro and Micro management of the development teams.
-Definition and research on the games context.
-Planning and follow-up of the development cycle: Concept, Design, Alpha, Beta, and Gold.
-Quality control in the main areas of game development: (Game Design, Graphic Design, Programming)

-Define the long term planning (12 months) for the updated content & feature after the game is put live and regularly deliver each update on time.

-Be responsible for KPIs: Watch closely the KPIs trend after the game is live and define the changes to level up the KPIs.

-Maintain relations with the international development team.
-Maintain relations with the international marketing team.
