Job Title 职位: Senior Hydraulic Mechanic 液压高级维修人员
Accountable to 汇报: Component Repair Team Leader附件维修主管

1. Responsibilities
? Repair aircraft hydraulic components per production plan
根据生产计划，从事飞机液压附件的修理
? Coach young mechanic
指导年轻机械员的工作
? Cooperating with engineering department to solve technical problems and build-up new capabilities
配合工程部完成技术攻关和新项目开发
? Assist component repair team leader to organize team
辅助附件维修主管进行团队管理
? Ensure the compliance of performance with LTS Quality policy/procedure and EHS policy.
保证工作符合公司质量政策/程序和环境健康安全政策
? Routine maintenance of repair tools and equipment
维修用工具设备的日常维护保养
? Other tasks assigned by Team leader.
完成主管要求的其他任务

2. Requirements
? Aviation professional school education background with no less than 5-year aircraft component maintenance experience, or;
航空专业职业学校（技校）毕业，且不少于5年飞机附件维修经验，或者
? Aviation 3-year or 4-year college education background with no less than 3-year aircraft component maintenance experience.
航空专业大专或本科学历，且不少于3年飞机附件维修经验。
? Hydraulic component maintenance experience is plus.
具有液压附件维修经验者优先考虑。
? Holding Civil Aircraft Component Maintenance Personnel License (MEC).
持有民用航空器部件修理人员执照（MEC）。
? Fluent reading of CMM, SOPM and SB.
熟练阅读CMM, SOPM和SB。
? Good knowledge of materials, process, methods and techniques for hydraulic repair.
掌握液压附件维修常用材料、流程、方法和工艺的知识
? Basic knowledge of computer applications.
基本的计算机应用能力。
? Team Spirit.
有团队精神。
? Application and maintenance experience of hydraulic test bench is plus.
有液压测试设备使用和维护经验者优先考虑。
? Repair experience of the first batch of new repair capability is plus.
有新维修项目工作经验者优先考虑。
? Good English is plus.
英语能力突出者优先考虑。

我们拥有四个业务部门: 机体结构部件（ARC）采用精湛的工程技术为发动机反推、发动机整流罩、雷达罩、飞行操纵舵面以及其它复合材料结构部件提供一流的维修、修理和大修服务;飞机部件服务（COM）迅速回应客户的各种维修需求以及对相关有效证书的要求，提供物流及客户服务，并提供液压、气动、机械、电子、电气、轮毂，救援设备部件的维护、修理、大修服务和工程支援；发动机服务（MES）提供发动机部件的检测和交换等服务；物流服务（LOG）为客户提供快捷高效的飞机部件物流服务。
