Customer Support Supervisor 英文客服主管(外贸电商方向)
Customer Service (CS) department in our company is responsible for dealing with all kinds of supporting issues and ensuring that every customer will be satisfied whenever he/she contacts us. This involves working closely with all other teams to accurately report problems and seek satisfying solutions accordingly. There are some straightforward indicators to evaluate the performance of this department.
Key Duties:
1) Handling directly with customer inquiries, complaints and other related issues
- Provide prompt and adequate solutions to all ordering-related inquiries from customers by emails, system messages
- Co-ordinate with internal departments for all customer related activities such as product inquiries, technical support, order processing and delivery status etc.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, maintain good feedback from customers
2) Team management: training CS representatives and standardizing procedures
- Ensure the smooth daily running of CS department (Quality & Efficiency Control) and provide necessary information for long-term plan
- Be involved in the recruitment of new CS representatives and provide professional and comprehensive training
- Write standard documents and formulate policies for common procedures and issues
- Help CS representatives to form good working habits, ensuring high-standard customer satisfaction
Education and Language Requirements:
- Degree holders in English or business related disciplines
- Good command of both speaking and written English: TEM-8/CET-6 with score higher than 70/500 or IELTS 6.5+ or other equivalent level
Skills and Experiences:
- Co-operative, hard-working, willing to take responsibilities and learn
- Detail-minded, self-motivated and service-oriented mindset
- Strong problem solving skills to work out alternative solutions and recommendations
- At least two-year full-time working experience in online trading business, e.g. eBay/Amazon
- At least one-year experience in working as a supervisor in any organization
Others:
- Overseas educational or working experience would be preferable
- Lower-level positions are available for less-qualified candidates
