Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

-Mainly is in charge of the management and improvement of environmental, health and safety (EHS) in factory areas.

负责工厂全面EHS 工作。

- Assists establishing strategies, policies and guidelines and helps ensure EHS requirements are meet relevant PRC regulations.

确保工厂的EHS各项工作符合根据国家各项政策方针。
- Provide environmental regulatory compliance such as but not limited to Waste management, Toxic Substance Control, Storm Water Management, and Air Emissions

提供环境管理法规标准，例如：废物管理，有害物质控制，雨水管理，污染气体排放管理等。
- Complete internal and external EHS compliance reports and data analysis

完善公司内部和外部EHS 合规报告和数据分析
- Develop and present training packages

建立发展EHS培训计划和系统
- Participate and /or lead investigations of EHS incidents

负责管理EHS中的各种事故
- Lead Portions of EHS self-assessments and/or Audits and problem improvement

组织监管EHS 内部的定期检查评估，并领导进行相应改善不符项。
- Lead EHS regulatory inspections with outside agencies

组织配合EHS 的外部政府和相关机构的EHS 检查，并领导进行相应的整改不符项。
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to plant by, leading safety Committee team and meetings.

组织领导工厂安全委员会的工作，包括技术支持、工厂安全计划拟定。
- Provide Engineering leadership and support for EHS regulatory interpretations and EHS considerations for Management of Change

提供EHS工程和技术法规方面的诠释，推动EHS管理改善。
- Plant Industrial Hygiene Coordinator for e.g. Chemical, Noise and Dust responsibilities

负责工厂工业卫生防疫，如化学用品使用，噪音管理，粉尘管理等。
- Provide leadership for Plant EHS programs such as but not limited to Fall Protection, Machine Guarding, Ergonomics, Ventilation, Process Hazard Management, Contractor Safety, Confined Space,, Chemical Safety and Respirator

领导工厂的EHS管理改善项目如：劳动用品使用标准管理，机器安全使用规范，有害气体通风系统管理，供应商施工管理，安全通道规范标准，化学品管理等。

Requirements

1.Bachelor degree or above.

本科以上学历

2. More than 3 years experiences in EHS management, especially preferred in manufacturing

industry. Has the Security Officer Certificate which issued by government.

3年以上EHS管理工作经验，特别是大型制造型工厂的工作经验。有安全主任/安全工程师证。

3.Has strong knowledge of Chinese regulatory requirements, EHS related management systems and ability to effectively implement those into company.

精通中国EHS方面的监管要求、EHS方面的管理体系，并有能力将经行实施。

4. A broad and comprehensive range of interpersonal skills is required for this position (namely; passion for the job, team leadership, collaboration skills, ability to influence others and assess risk).

5.Strong English skill, both oral and written is required.

公司在惠州惠阳拥有制造组装工厂，同时在南山蛇口设有研发办公室。

薪酬福利情况(工厂)：
1、工作制为5天8小时，加班费按照劳动法计算。所有一线员工、技能工人等实行QR奖金及绩效奖金政策,收入水平远高于市场水平。
2、每月12号准时发放工资，进厂即按劳动法要求购买社保，住房公积金；

3、享有国家法律/法规规定的法定节假日以及带薪年假、产假、丧假、工伤假等。

4、生活娱乐设施健全，厂区设有：有篮球场、兵乓球室，桌球室、员工活动休闲吧及培训活动中心等，业余康乐活动丰富多彩；
5、所有员工入职后将进行背景调查,若提供虚假信息，公司将无任何赔偿与其解除劳动关系。
