General Responsibilities 主要职责

I.Maintain, repair and problem solve the hydraulic and electrical systems on HAITIN, Demag, Dr.Boy injection molding machines. Must have the ability to understand both electrical and hydraulic schematics and have an understanding of injection molding systems and auxiliary equipment. These systems and auxiliary equipment include; pick and place robots; chiller and tower processes; electronic sensors and product conveying systems.

1.能够维修、保养和处理海天、德马格以及Boy机器。并了解电气和液压基本原理，熟悉注塑成型系统和相关辅助设备的工作原理，包括机械手、冷水机、冷却塔、电子传感器和传送带等。

II.Performs a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of buildings and production equipment at various facilities/sites including electrical, plumbing, move and assist in moving equipment/office furniture; assists in obtaining quotes and arranging service from outside vendors as needed; activates and deactivates building alarms and responds to alarm calls during and after regular work hours; maintains clean, safe, orderly work area.

2.负责厂房和生产设备的维护维修，包括电气、管道工程的安装移位，生产设备和设施的搬迁。负责协助外包商施工和必要时的发外工程询价。负责工作时间和下班时间厂房警报的开启与关闭。

III.Perform maintenance and repairs on stamping machines and auxiliary equipment. This may include troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical components.

3.负责冲压设备及相关辅助设备的维护和保养。包括发现问题和解决问题的能力，包括各种气动、油压、电气和机械零部件的维修。

IV.Take care of and track regular preventative maintenance on machines and equipment.

4.跟进日常有规律性的预防性设备维修。

Qualification:任职资格

I.Trouble shooting and repair of hydraulic components on Injection molding Machines

1.处理注塑机的液压元器件的故障

II.Electrical knowledge of hydraulic valves, sensors, pumps and motors

2.液压阀、传感器、油泵和马达等的基本电气知识

III.Reading and understanding hydraulic and electrical schematics

3.能阅读和理解液压和电气原理图。

IV.Qualified with electrician technician, and be well known with the basic principle of injection molding machine. Be skillful on the operation of HaiTian, Demag or Tai Zhong (Dr. BoY) machines. Can implement the daily maintenance of injection molding machine indepently.

4.合格的电工技师,熟悉注塑机基本原理,熟练操作海天、德玛格、BOY机器,能实施日常的注塑机维护。

V.Be well known with the principle of three axis robot arms. Can operate the robot arms and do the daily maintenance.

5.熟悉机器手的基本原理，能操作机器手及进行日常的维护

VI.Can finish the daily maintenance of relative equipments, such as mold temperature controller, cooling system, re-grinders, drying machine, and temperature controller of hot runner.

6.能完成相关设备的日常维护,如模具温度控制器,冷却系统,re-grinders,干燥机,热流道温度控制器。

VII.Basic reading and writing ability in English. And can communication in oral English.

公司在惠州惠阳拥有制造组装工厂，同时在南山蛇口设有研发办公室。

薪酬福利情况(工厂)：
1、工作制为5天8小时，加班费按照劳动法计算。所有一线员工、技能工人等实行QR奖金及绩效奖金政策,收入水平远高于市场水平。
2、每月12号准时发放工资，进厂即按劳动法要求购买社保，住房公积金；

3、享有国家法律/法规规定的法定节假日以及带薪年假、产假、丧假、工伤假等。

4、生活娱乐设施健全，厂区设有：有篮球场、兵乓球室，桌球室、员工活动休闲吧及培训活动中心等，业余康乐活动丰富多彩；
