现公司因业务发展需要，2014年2月份急需招聘一线员工约100人
要求：
1. 年龄18-40岁；
2. 裸眼视力1.0以上；
3. 能从事倒班工作；
4. 初中及以上学历，会读写26个英文字母；
5. 男女不限，女士优先。
月综合收入3700起，包括基本工资、住房补贴、 加班费、 夜班津贴、 全勤奖、 餐补、住房公积金补助、 医疗补助，具体如下：
* 基本工资：2月1日起初级工人起薪 1808 元，4月1日起薪调整为1900 元。工人设有5个职级，产量质量达到认证标准即可升级，每升一级可加薪60-90元，最快3-4个月可升两级；另外每年四月都有全员调薪；
* 住房补贴：公司提供免费宿舍，或外宿补贴：1-3级员工 225元/月，4级以上450 元/月；
* 加班费： 工作日1.5倍，休息日2倍，法定节假日3倍；工作日加班 16元/小时起；周末 21元/小时起；
* 夜班津贴：15元/班；部分生产线需要两班倒；
* 全勤奖：50元/月；
* 餐补：为员工发放饭卡，每月充值300元，到饭卡上为330元；试用期满后可申请转为相应金额的购物卡；
* 住房公积金补助：固定工资的5%，公司补助每月92元起；
* 医疗补助：非深户10元/月,深户则无；
* 年底双薪：每年12月发放年底双薪，服务未满一年的按实际工作天数支付；
* SSP奖金计划：一季度会根据集团上年度盈利状况发放浮动奖金；
其他福利：
* 公司为所有员工购买养老、工伤、失业、医疗、住房公积金及意外伤害险（商业险）；
* 新工人入职服务满6个月有500元留任奖金；
* 公司为员工提供宿舍，房间有空调、热水器，由公司承担部分电费；
