职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Participate in new suppliers qualification;
- Manage First Article Inspection Report process;
- Organize Supplier quality system audit and validate the effectiveness;
- Develop supplier quality continuous improvement program;
- Establish, improve and proper IQA system and sampling plans for all materials;
- Joint develop raw materials specification to meet product quality requirements;
- Communicate material quality problems to suppliers, drive and verify corrective actions;
- Support production departments by improving and maintaining IQA database;
- Provide all the necessary quality information to production as and when;
- Manage subcontractor.
Requirements:
- BS degree with mechanical engineering;
- Over 2 years' experience in SQE, metal process and plastic injection are preferable;
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001, Mechanical parts and SPC technique;
- Good verbal and written English skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software and CAD;
- Strong communication skill and coordination skill;
- Drive for result.
