1) Keeping a distribution matrix for company Documents
2) Managing and Assembling Project Data Books
3) Coordinating Huddle, JIRA, Arena training for the internal and external user
4) Interface with vendors to ensure drawings, documents, databases, 3-D models, etc. are created according to client's documentation requirements
5) Provide evaluation of the documentation system and assistance as is necessary to support ongoing operation and activities
6) Collaborate closely with project team to develop and implement documentation strategies and plans for projects including the design and coordination of project proposal
7) Ensure that all activities are managed efficiently, effectively and productively and in accordance with client's procedures, guidelines and requirements
8) Follow up on compliance with requirements related to documentation deliverables from internal and external practitioners
9) Initiate and monitor improvements in work processes, technical requirements and tools within the documentation system
10) Enter documentation into web based management system and ensure documentation is complete for each component (vessels, instrumentation, line pipe, etc.)
11) Assign document numbers, perform version control, and manage/organize electronic documentation for all projects
12) Facilitate movement of ECR/ECO requests (ensuring appropriate approval chain and timely responses)
13) Ensure documentation is updated as needed upon close out of ECOs
14) Manage engineering prototype during NPD
15) Assisting with archiving/project close out as needed
