1、有独特的创新思路；
2、负责编辑节目主题，并撰稿，在录制节目过程中要有应变能力和现场协调能力，对后期制作软件要能掌握和应用；
3、思路清晰，语言表达流畅，能很好的与嘉宾和主持人沟通，交流想法。
任职要求：
1、两年以上的工作经验，重点大学学习新闻、编导可以优先考虑；
2、工作责任心强，有较强的团队合作精神；
3、能承受较大工作压力，适应特殊情况加班；
4、具有敏锐的市场观察能力，持久的创作力、快速的学习力，以及宣传、策划能力。
