职位描述
Responsibilities:
1.Assist the Management to develop programming strategies and their implementation.
2.Manage production activities and operations including but not limited to creative direction, production budget, programming schedule, manpower arrangement, studio and remote site production, equipment scheduling, vendor management, etc.
3.Evaluate new and existing programming to assess suitability and the need for changes.
4.Review and provide feedback on promotional campaigns and image campaigns.
5.Establish and maintain procedures for production.
6.Produce and direct special events or projects.
7.Coach and develop the teams.
8.Participate in ad hoc projects as requested by the management.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training and hands-on experience.
2.+12 years production experience in TV operations /Media production, with at least 5 years in the position of Deputy Channel Controller or equivalent; experience with Taiwan or HK TV station is preferred.
3.Strong creative abilities, good judgment and communication skills.
4.Knowledge of contemporary production and post-production capabilities.
Working Location: Shenzhen
