工作职责：Responsibilities
1.负责成各类型旅游景区、度假村、主题公园等旅游项目的整体策划和规划；
Responsible for completing the overall planning and programming of all kinds of tourism project include scenic spots, resorts and theme parks.
2.组织区域市场状况调研，制定项目调研计划并编制调研报告；
Organize the research of regional market conditions and formulate project research plan and compile the investigation report
3.组织研究公司各项目的项目定位，目标市场，编制项目的市场定位报告；
Organize the study purpose of the company project positioning, target market and prepare the project market positioning report.
4.负责与合作方的沟通交流，准确把握客户需求和期望，能与客户建立良好的合作关系；
Responsible for communicating with our partner, accurately understand the needs and expectations of customers and establish good cooperation with customers.
5.把握项目理念方向和项目进度，组织协调项目团队为客户提供高质量的解决方案；
Grasp the idea of direction and process of project, and to organize and coordinate the project team to provide high quality solutions to our customers.
6.参与项目总体规划和图纸方案评审工作；
Participate in the review work of project planning and drawing plan review work
7.配合完成公司安排的其他工作。
Coordinate and complete other work assigned by the company.

任职要求：
1.旅游规划、地理学、园林观景等专业本科以上学历，
Bachelor degree or above, major in tourism planning, geography, landscape and so on.
2.五年以上旅游规划或旅游策划工作经验，曾主持参与过5个以上知名旅游城市、度假区或主题公园等标志性规划者优先考虑；
At least 5 years experience of tourism planning or tourism programming, used to host or participated in over 5 well-known tourist city, resorts and theme parks iconic planners is preferred.
3.熟悉中国国内旅游咨询与旅游规划规范和标准；熟悉西方先进国家的旅游咨询与旅游规划理念和方法；
Be familiar with the domestic tourism consulting in China and the planning norms and standards; Be familiar with the consulting of advanced western countries and planning ideas and methods.
4.具备扎实的旅游业知识，熟悉旅游消费市场，熟练掌握旅游项目策划的全部操作流程。
Possess solid knowledge of tourism industry, familiar with tourism consumption market, be skillfully master all the operation process of tourism project planning.
5.具备较强的沟通、组织管理、项目管理、协调统筹等能力和经验。
Possess skills and experiences at communication, organization management, project management and overall coordination.
6.具备较强的专业能力和文案撰写能力，较强的理论研究水平和解决问题的能力，能充分展现并表达项目理念和设计内容。
Possess strong professional ability and document writing ability, theoretical research level and the ability of solving problems, also can fully demonstrate and express project concept and design content.
7.了解规划设计各方面知识，以及规划设计的工作环节与旅游规划行业相关规范；
Understand the knowledge of planning and design, and the process of planning and design , and the related specification with tourism planning
8.有创新思维和高效工作习惯，较强的责任感、亲和力和团队领导能力。
Creative thinking and efficient work habits, a strong sense of responsibility, affinity and team leadership are required.

毕路德的创立，缘起于企业灵魂人物刘红蕾***、杜昀先生对“至善和谐”的共同追求。身为毕路德创意总监的刘红蕾***，是国内最具影响力的室内设计师之一，她凭借“思与境偕”的美学理念而广为人知，擅长将中国传统文化对“天人合一”的意境诉求融汇于现代生活的情境之内。而作为毕路德的总设计师，杜昀先生是“建筑景观一体化“理念的先行者，他开创性地打造了建筑、景观、室内紧密协作的团队体制，力图构筑人与自然和谐共生的意境之美。两位才华横溢的设计大师，均学成于清华，并在加拿大的工作过程中取得长足的实践经验。他们的相遇相知，为毕路德卓尔不群的设计实力奠定了基石，也将对“至善和谐”的无限向往融入到企业血脉之中。

BLVD was initially established in Canada, then moved to Beijing and Shenzhen, the two artsy cities famous as City of Design and started to fit into and win Chinese market afterwards. Over the past 15 years since establishment, BLVD always sticks to its pursuit of perfectionism and harmony, and endeavors to achieve excellent design works that can perfectly mix scene, emotion and artistic conception. Thanks to its excellent design and advanced perception, BLVD has undisputedly grown up to be the leader in the field of interior, architecture and landscape design. Today’s BLVD is not only an outstanding design firm in the interior design of hotel and office environment, but also widely acknowledged as the excellent waterfront design expert in China.
The establishment of BLVD is attributed to the common pursuit - perfectionism and harmony - of Liu Honglei and Du Yun, the life and soul of the company. As the creative director and one of the most influential interior designers in China, Mrs. Liu Honglei is very famous for her aesthetic perception of “one’s thought corresponding with the space conception”. Meanwhile, she is proficient in blending the artistic conception “harmony between man and nature” into modern life. Mr. Du Yun is the vanguard who practiced the perception of “integration of architecture and landscape” and pioneered the team system of architecture, landscape and interior designers closely working together. The aim of doing this is to achieve the artistic conception of the harmonious coexistence between man and nature. Both Honglei and Yun graduated from Tqinghua University and gained substantial practical experience during working in Canada. Their brilliance, coming together and working hand by hand paved a solid foundation for BLVD’s distinctive design ability and also contributed a lot in injecting the aspiration for harmony and perfectionism into the blood of the company.
The constant pursuit of perfectionism and harmony enabled BLVD design team to grow up as a group of people who can always learn from and cooperate with each other. Thanks to the free, open and internationalized working environment, the approximately 200 BLVD staff including local designers as well as those from foreign countries can talk freely with each other about design and combine their good ideas into their design works. The brilliant creativity and the rigorous academic spirit are applied into design in a compatible approach, which makes BLVD’s designs stand out for their originality and practicality. What’s more, the balance between artistic and commercial value are achieved in an artful manner. The optimal team structure of integration of architecture, landscape and interior design pioneered by BLVD’s leader, Du Yun, roofs a great many of elites from these three fields. Each of them does their best and their cooperative spirit allows the whole team to work out the best designs as if they are a large symphony team playing the most melodious music.
Yearn for perfectionism and harmony is also well reflected in many masterpieces designed by BLVD. No matter it is minimalist and concise interior space, or the magnificent waterfront shoreline, harmony always remains the theme. The beauty of “artistic conception” that is highly praised in oriental aesthetics is re-interpreted by BLVD through internationalized and modern language and further brings infinite imagination for visitors through the dialogue between nature, space and man……
