Responsibilities:

1. Lead a/c team to complete daily routine work accurately and timely;

2. Review dept’s works/tasks and A/C SOP setting up & implementation;

3. Cost/expense control and coordinate with other dept to create more profit to company;

4. Prepare various Finance reports together with necessary analysis;

5. Prepare statutory report to Tax Bureau and other local government;

6. Maintain good relationship with all external/internal concerned parties;

7. Minimize tax liabilities and ensure all company activities comply with accounting & legal requirements;

8. Annual budget preparation and implement control;

9. Handling internal and external annual audit;

10. Cash flow management;

11. Contingency management;

12. Staff training management;

13. Further tasks on request.

Requirements:

Education Level:	Bachelor and above degree in Finance/Accounting
Language:	Fluently in Mandarin and English
Minimum Experience:	8 years relevant experiences, at least 3 years at managerial level.
Field of Experience:	Experiences in freight forwarding is preferred
Computer Skills:	Advanced level of computer literacy and office software
Others:	Honest, serious and high-responsibility International mindset, self Managed & Result Driven Good communication and organization skills The ability to deal with emergencies and can work under pressure
