BSc or BSEE in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience, MBA preferred
Minimum of 10 years of overall working experience with a minimum of 7 years in business analysis & development, ERP implementation and Post-Acquisition Integration.
Experience in ERP Program management strongly preferred
Great understanding about the typical operation model for a sizable electronic design & production business, operational management experience is preferred.
Solid knowledge in business analysis & financial modelling for technology business
Solid Program management experience
Solid knowledge of ERP System and Development environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
Strong business acumen & team player

Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and strategically at senior level
Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to work hands-on in a fast paced, organic environment.
