职位描述
Merchandising and QC Manager
Egglaston is a company providing services in the manufacturing business of Lingerie to foreign customers. Egglaston is currently looking for a candidate to be in charge of the Customer Service and Production of one of its main customers for the lingerie production business service.
Candidate Requirements
- Should have at least 4 years working experience managing production customer orders.
- Should have 2 years working experience to follow up orders with customers and factories.
- Should be willing to travel to factories often. The main factory is in Donguang.
- Excellent Management skills with his/her team colleagues and others.
- Working experience should be in the manufacturing industry preferably in textile
- Should have good communications skills
Job profile
The manager will be in charge of dealing with all customer matters related to its production orders.
- Production Quality will be carried by a Team of Quality Control for which the Production Manager will be responsible.
- The manager will be responsible to provide a good service to customer understanding and confirming all customer requirements needs and ensuring that agreements with the customer are met in terms of quality and time.
- The manager will be in charge of looking for suppliers of materials and main manufacturing factories. He/she will maintain a long good relationship with all suppliers involved in the process.
- The manager should be able to understand lingerie products with the same level as manufacturers. This job has a technical part which should be learnt by the manager.
- He/she will have a team of colleagues who will assist on all the tasks to be done. And he/she should be able to get the best out of every team member and ensuring that everyone is doing his/her jobs following the company needs. He/she will be responsible to have a good team of people who will be able to do all of the jobs required to meet all customer requirements.
