Responsibilities:
1.Manage LED light engine (drivers & control system)/Auto product strategy for China/Asia Pacific market
2.Define C4C product portfolio and road map from both technology advance and market feedback
3.Keep understanding product requirement and competition through joint customer and market visits together with sales team
4.Conduct product and market survey
5.Determine and create C4C products with supports form relevant departments
6.Manage detailed product documentations, e.g. specification, data sheet…
7.Define and execute product and marketing plan/budget, ensuring both the top line and bottom line targets in line with the AOP/budget
8.Coordinate with global product managers and cluster sales team to ensure the global products achieving agreed sales target in China
9.Be in charge of product launch, PIPO process management, and life cycle management
10.Develop selling tools with support from application team
11.Conduct product trainings to sales teams and key customers

Requirements:
1.Excellent interpersonal skill
2.Motivation and flexibility to succeed in a dynamic and competitive environment
3.Ability to analyze information, skills of problem solving
4.Ability to communicate persuasively both in oral and written
5.Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials
6.Good command in English(oral and written).
7.3+ years experience in product management position
