Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead daily failure analysis (FA) for the defects from production line in time.
2. Prepare the FA report and send to internal quality team and customer for review.
3. Support quality engineer to dig out the root cause of failures, inclusive production failure and complaint.
4. Support QE to prepare the 8D report for customer.

Key Requirements:
1. Minimum holds a bachelor degree in electronics engineering.
2. Good communicate skills, in both English and Mandarin.
3. Over 2 years failure analysis experience in Electronic Manufacturing Industry.
4. Good knowledge in PCBA, SMT, reflow process, SW etc.
5. Electronic design experience plus.
6. Aggressive, Self-motivated, proactive, quick response and can work under pressure.
