Responsibilities:
1 Supporting BU LUM APAC controller to conduct commercial analysis, monitor business development and build proposals for corrective actions and improvements.
2 Prepare monthly reporting package for BU mgmt in its MOR (including P&L, Asset mgmt, Cash flow)
3 Support BU mgmt to deploy annual target to BGs and other operating units
4 Get in-depth wall-to-wall margin analysis at product level and country/customer level to identify margin contributors and margin killers
5 Work with sales to improve price mgmt esp. in project business.
6 Work with purchasing to optimize the product costs
7 Support BU controller to establish the R&D control process
8 Support BU mgmt to filter project pipeline at an optimal ROI (resource based)
9 Prepare cost development report to monitor product cost improvement
10 Spot key elements in cost cut with responsible departments
11 Support BU mgmt to set up cost cut plan and monitor the progress at monthly basis


Requirements:
1 Market: have general business knowledge in other disciplines such as Marketing
2 Knowledge in SAP
3 Expert in Financial models eg. NPV, IRR, etc.
4 Expert in Excel/Spreadsheet
