工作职责：
1.管理和监控公司培训或咨询项目；
2.维护与大客户关系，并跟进客户需求；
3.协助培训或咨询项目的设计与实施；
4.协助公司产品的研发与验证。

任职要求：
1.本科以上学历，教育学、心理学、管理学专业优先，研究生优先，海外留学经验优先；
2.形象气质佳、优秀的语言表达能力、亲和力与影响力；
3.富有团队合作精神，能承担高强度工作压力；
4.具有独立工作能力，能够与不同类型的客户进行良好沟通。
