General Purpose:
主要目的：
Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about programs and services; to handle complaints and resolve issues on the behalf of the customer and within the guidelines of the retail program(s)
客服专员的主要职责是解答来自客户关于GMI项目及其服务的咨询，并在各个零售项目的可允许范围内处理来自客户的投诉及应对平时的突发状况。
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

? Resolves customer inquires received via phone, email, or in person
通过电话，电子邮件或面对面的方式解决来自客户的咨询
? Analyzes transactions, corrects records and adjusts errors
有能力分析，纠正和调整各项目的信息
? Educates and trains print suppliers and vendors on program rules and guidelines
根据项目的规则及指引给予包装供应商和产品供应商指导和培训
? Prepare reports as requested
根据要求准备报告
? Other projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:
要求：
? CET 4 required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Mandarin, English)
必须具备大学英语四级证书。有良好的中英文书写及口头表达能力。
? Degree in Printing, Business, Marketing or equivalent work experience especially for Customer Support role
学历涉及印刷，商务，销售或有同等相关工作经验（具备客服工作经验者优先考虑）
? Consumer packaged goods and business to business marketing experience
了解零售包装产品和B2B市场营销经验
? Proven ability to create, maintain and enhance client relationships
有能力创造，维持和提升客户关系
? Extremely detail oriented
注重细节分析
? Customer Support or Printing Technical competence
具备优秀客服或印刷技术方面的竞争力
? Motivated, goal oriented self-starter
