主要工作职责

-负责法雷奥深圳所有研发类职位的招聘
-做好月度，季度，年度招聘计划
-与部门经理沟通，深度理解所有职位需求
-通过各种招聘渠道开展招聘工作（猎头，招聘会，网络，校园，内部推荐等）
-拓宽更多招聘渠道
-管理好猎头的工作，保证招聘正常展开
-做好各类日常招聘报表
-与部门经理每周汇报和分析招聘进展
-指导招聘助理，保证职位搜寻方向正确

职位要求

-本科以上教育背景（人力资源专业优先，电子类专业也可以）
-3年以上相关工作背景
-英语听说写非常流利（大多数部门经理都是法国人）
-非常强的沟通和人际关系协调能力
-能够在高强度的工作环境下工作，有很好的自我调节能力

Main responsibilities

-----------------------------------------------------------------

- In charge of all R&D Positions recruitment of Valeo Shenzhen Site
- Plan and organize
all the recruitment activities, including setting up procedure, selection
methods, agencies selection, interview and relevant follow up.
- Headcount
controlling and reporting.
-People moving and
statues recording: newcomer, departure, trainees, subcontractors etc.
-Coordinate job
description updating with departmental manager.
- Deployment of
Valeo tools for recruitment, such as Valeo opportunity, Valeo brochure.
- Prepare recruitment plan and HC budget.
- Monthly headcount report
-Ensure the recruitment projects to be
carried out on time as per division business strategy.
- Assist in maintaining and developing
recruitment channels whatever local and all cross China, and analyzing/evaluating their
effectiveness.
- Be responsible for the contact with
headhunting companies and other recruitment agencies on a daily basis

Experience/Education/Qualifications requirements

Education: Bachelor degree in Human resources management/ Law
Experience: 3
years recruitment experience
English: Excellence Both is speak and writing
Communication: strong interpersonal skill
Self motivation can work under high pressure

Valeo Interior Control (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. is the 15th factory (joint venture co., Ltd) invested by Valeo in China. The Company was established on December 19th, 2005. It specialized in development, assembling manufacturing and distributing of auto ultrasonic sensing system, auto switch system, relevant products and spare parts with considerate after services.
