Summary: This role shall be responsible for shipping & distribution planning and operations for sea/air/express outbound deliveries from SZX/HKG worldwide.

-Work with sales/local and overseas warehouse team on shipping and distribution planning.
-Work with logistics service providers (LSP) on sea/air/express shipment arrangement, including space booking, trucking, documentation, etc.
-Work with customs broker to coordinate and follow up customs declaration at origin and clearance at destination.
-Assist manager to analyze relevant data and monitor LSP’s performance and evaluation.
-Assist manager to monitor freight forwarding market price and LSP introduction.
-Other internal and external coordination if necessary.

-2-year+ relevant working experience. Be familiar with global freight forwarding SOP’s and operations for sea/air/express/cross-border shipments. Experience in global logistics/3PL companies shall be preferred.
-Basic knowledge of ocean carriers/airlines/express/global freight forwarders and the market.
-Basic knowledge of the relevant trading/customs policies in China, United States, Germany, United Kingdom, Russia, Australia, etc.
-Are able to work independently and under high work pressure.
-Be positive and self-motived.
-Team work and good communication / data analysis skills.
