工程经理
任职资格
1、30-40岁，大学本科及以上学历，机械、工程、自动化等相关专业；英语良好，能以英语作为工作语言；
2、5年以上相关动力设备设计维护管理工作经验，有大型动力设备维护经验者优先；
3、熟悉机械原理；熟悉液压系统和气压系统；熟悉电气控制系统；精通Auto CAD（2D/3D）等制图软件，MS OFFICE；
4、熟悉ISO9001，ISO14001体系，熟悉质量控制如PDCA，SPC，熟悉TPM。
5、良好的沟通能力和团队管理经验。
岗位职责：
1、领导和策划工程部的管理工作通过持续改善达成生产目标。
2、使本部门人员全面理解企业经营理念和公司的ISO9000及ISO14001等系列质量方针，并认真贯彻执行。
3、总结和归纳运行和维修实践、制定和审定设备、设施及设备的预防性维修计划、更新改造计划且督促执行，保证公司设施不断完善，始终处于正常、完好状态。
4、制定和审定员工培训计划，定期对员工进行业务技能、服务意识、基本素质的培训。
5、主持部门工作例会，协调班组工作，使其部门运作快捷合理。
6、制定工程部各项规章制度。
7、随时接受并组织完成上级交办的其它工作事项。
