职位描述
Job Description:
1.Lead the team to drive the publications business (print and online versions), identify new business opportunities and develop strategies, understand media business and internal process, give recommendation on overall editorial planning;
2.Responsible for overall P&L, sales forecast, budget and control, and manpower planning;
3.Manage, review and control project work plans to meet changing needs and requirements, and to ensure successful completion and implementation
4.Oversee all aspects of the publication business on a daily basis from editorial and circulation, design and production, circulation and subscription, to advertising sales and marketing etc.;
5.Establish, maintain and develop connection and good relationship with associations, organizations, partners, sponsors, car dealers and key players in the industry;
6.Work closely with the media partner in Germany, brand team in the headquarters as well as project team in Greater China.
Job Requirement:
1.Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, MBA is an advantage;
2.Minimum 6-8 years solid experience with 3 years of similar capacity in B2B publisher role preferably in trade or business publication in China;
3.Background and knowledge of Automotive industry and/or PR field is an advantage;
4.Innovative, strong business sense, aggressive, flexible, and able to track, understand, and interpret market trends;
5.Strong leadership, project management, interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills;
6.Strong command of written and spoken English, native Mandarin and/or knowledge of Cantonese is a plus;
7.Willing to work under pressure and travel overseas and/or within China.
