Administration Associate (Location : Shenzhen)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Provide general administrative support to the office facilities, such as incoming phone coverage, visitor greeting and direction , letters and mails receipt, delivery, and record retention , etc.
2. Perform as a key assistant for the company scheduled meetings, company activities as well as travel arrangement for all staff.
3. Prepare and follow-up on all office procurement and service supply orders appropriately.
4. Audit regular office and facilities expense reports and invoices, and prepare for payment processing with Account Payable.
5. Maintain office administration service procedures to ensure efficient and safe working environment, such as office equipment, safety issues, facilities maintenance, and license renew.
6. Arrange office safety training execution, and update safety report as requested.
7. Perform clerical and other related office/staff support duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:

1. College degree or above,with at least 2 years experiences in foreign company as secretary or administrative position.
2. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with attitude to be helpful of others.
3. Good command of Microsoft Office packages.
4. CET 4 or above, and proficient of written communications.
5. Active, with sense of responsibility.
