职位描述
Location: Bantian twon, Longgang district, Shenzhen city龙岗坂田
Requirements:
1. Korean(or Japanese)and English language skill is a must
2. Flexible to travel whenever require within the Asia Pacific Region, e.g. Korea.
3. Self-drive personality
4. Quality experience and knowledge
5. Experience in automotive or electronics field, know TS16949 preferred
Responsibilities:
1.Cultivate strong relationships and partnerships with customers to drive for customer confidence and loyalty in products and processes
2.Manage and improve customer quality scorecards and expectation. On site customer visits to facilitate quality issue resolving and build up relationships with customers
3.Be the focal point of contact in technical liaison between the customer and engineering.
4.Facilitate technical meetings, by pulling in the necessary resources in order to bring a solution to the customer problem
5.Management of CRP, review, approve and submit reports; Own Closure (Drive actions for containment, corrective and preventive action implemented) and accepted by customers
6.Approve quality customer complaint resolution; Drive investigation, analysis, corrective action, preventive action, and implementation
7.Provide customer Audit, Internal audit support and coordinate with corporate QA.
8.Coordinate to provide information of new product qualification for sales, distributor and customers
9.Provide trainings to new QA-engineers and technical sharing to site community
10.Support new products launches / transfers for customer product lines.
11.Facilitate timely response to open customer issues, ensure internal and external documentation are produced and maintained in response.
12.Track internal data relative to customer management expectations, identify areas of risk and support improvement efforts.
13.Ensure product / process audits are performed regularly and any non-compliance addressed.
14.Prepare and present pertinent data to management via weekly quality report/review.
15.Provide support to resolve supplier related issues affecting production or customer quality.
16.Support ISO/TS quality system requirements as per the Quality Manual.
17.To project a at all times a professional image of the company to customers and visitors.
