职位描述

Responsibilities:

1.Policies & procedures
- Analyse local salary structures (market benchmarking, market salary surveys, etc) and develop salary structure models that ensure external competitiveness, internal equity, and performance linkages
- Manage salary survey vendors to ensure quality market data is obtained for benchmark; work with country HR teams to establish reference pay structure and update on regular basis to ensure pay internal fairness and external competitiveness
- Design and implement competitive C&B programs such as retention programs which will attract and retain key talent and general workforce in order to support business growth
- Implement, analyse and control programs in a manner that ensures cost-effectiveness, market competitiveness, and internal equity among employees
- Implement and harmonize corporate C&B policies and programs, propose suggestions based on local practice
2. HR BP
- Provide expert advice and guidance to HR leaders and management team concerning C&B issues
- Generate annual staff cost budgets and headcount for China Management
3. Payroll
- Ensure the payroll services are delivered in a timely and accurate manner including monthly payroll, allowance, OT & Leave, social benefits, individual tax, bonus, 13th month payments
- Drive annual salary and promotion review
- Labor cost control
4. Benefits
- Social insurance and public housing fund management
- Other benefits management
5. Performance Management
- Drive the annual/quarter performance management exercise and ensure smooth implementation of the full performance management cycle
6. Training & development
- Develop annual training plan
- Lead annual employee potential review and follow-up measures
- Development management level key talent
7. HR administration
- Prepares and oversees the reports in terms of salary administration, data comparison, bonus, etc.
- Counselling to managers and employees pertaining to C&B matters
- Oversee the maintenance of HR C&B information
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:

- HR, Accounting or business administration related major
- Bachelor or Master, MBA preferred
- 10 years+ HR experience including 5 years C&B management experience
- Good leadership
- Good communication skills, good oral English
- Strong capabilities of planning and possess controlling for multitasks
- Good pressure management skills
- Good ability to supervise, mentor, develop and motivate staff
- Excellent numerical sense and analytical skills
- Patient, details oriented
