<P>ü Have proven track record of signing Strategy Allinance Agreement with top 50 Shopping Mall landlords in Greater China;</P>
<P>ü Build-up 5yrs China store development strategy.</P>
<P>ü Achieve annual store number target and IRR budget of company.</P>
<P>ü Follow company guidelines in site selection and lease negotiation.</P>
<P>ü Lead expansion team to negotiate the best possible terms of new stores.</P>
<P>ü Collect all documents for new store feasibility report and prepare an IRR pack.</P>
<P>ü Finalise profitable and strategic new store locations in China and present to management for approval.</P>
<P>ü Provide final tenancy agreement and all proper property documents from landlord for legal adviser’s approval, arrange it to be signed afterwards.</P>
<P>ü Well co-ordination with landlord and internal departments to make sure the store ready for duly opening on schedule and meet opening deadline.</P>
<P>ü Maximize new store's profitability after opening.</P>
<P>ü Keep good working relationship with landlord/property agent.</P>
<P>ü Set up land bank database for future store development.</P>
<P>ü Expansion talent pool training.</P>
