Responsibilities:

1.Accountable to ensure materials demands are met, working with Sales teams to provide alternatives or substitutions as needed to compensate for shortages, rejections, new priorities and related problems.

2.Build a purchasing team to manage orders, T&A, pricing and inventory.

3.Identify and implement process enhancements to improve material planning, cost, flexibility, quality and lead time.

4.Build strategic relationships with outside suppliers and internal business partners.

5.Identify new suppliers, negotiate bulk pricing.

6.Develop forecasts , negotiate minimum orders and purchase on JIT basis.

7.Participate as an active member of the management team.

8.Prepare reports and presentations as required.

Requirements:

1.Minimum 5 years’ experience in senior manager and above level in garment/textile industry.

2.Familiar with Asia and European suppliers.

3.Strong understanding of inventory planning, forecasting techniques and operational system.

4.Unquestioned integrity and track record.

5.Possess good business sense, strategic mindset and excellent interpersonal skill, particularly in team building.

6.Highly motivated and able to think clearly under pressure.

7.Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

8.Fluent in English and Mandarin.

9.Work place is based in Shenzhen.
