JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Fight to overcome all challenges to land business on board

2. Achieve established goals / budget

3. Build up profound customer portfolio and establish good relationship with them

4. Drive Corporate Account performance through collaboration with CMA CGM Global Account team

5. Assist air manager to answer Global Bidding Tender and/or region to region pricing requests

6. Be sensitive to market change / update and give prompt feedback to his manager and team

7. Actively response to any sales lead providing innovative solution.

8. Designs adequate solutions for customers based on the input of Sales and takes pricing decisions

9. Work with his team to drive expected sales growth

10. Proactively expand our customer portfolio and speed up the new customer acquisition by working closely with other teams.

11. Ensure customer data and segmentation for the geography is managed and maintained.

12. Provide Sales and branch performance report and analysis to Air Manager to drive business insights.

13. Willing to learn from other team member in their Sales activities and best practice to improve his/herself in sales knowledge / skills / productivity

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

1. University degree, major in business preferred

2. At least 3 years work experience of multinational company in sales, working background in an air-line is preferred

3. Fluent English, in both written and speaking

4. Very customer focus mindset

5. Result oriented and able to take pressure

6. Excellent business sense with good analytical skills.

7. Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills.

8. Ability to take ownership and set own goals and priorities

9. Has wide customer connection

10. Like to work as a team and willing to share with team members
