职位描述

Responsibilities:


Ensuring full and correct implementation and utilization of all Kingdee modules (sales, customer service, purchases, inventory, production, quality, costing, financial) and corresponding analysis reporting is in place and accurate.


Identify areas for improvement in processes, procedures and/or labour efficiencies with the goal of streamlining or refining the Kingdee operational process. This may include refining the existing or new processes and procedures to improve system accuracy, increase efficiencies, improve productivity, reduce cycle times, develop accurate standards and reports that can ultimately lead to reduced costs with the Kingdee system use and generally within the EAP operational business.


Ensure data integrity is achieved, validated and maintained by:

Only authorized access to King Dee modules and fields by trained and authorized employees.

New input data and data maintenance responsibilities are defined throughout the business.

Foolproof methods are implemented to ensure that data cannot be omitted and where possible inputted incorrectly.

Data validation reports are implemented and responsibilities defined to demonstrate data integrity.


Full implementation of the costing accounting module including:

Correct and suitable method of pricing of materials (e.g. weighted moving average or weighted average).

Recording of appropriate labour and burden on all products sold.

Ability to report gross profit % by customer and by product.


Financial Reporting including:

Automated “pull” of data from Kingdee into excel files used for monthly results reporting to Head Office.

Budgeted data in Kingdee

Establish time lined procedures for management of customer request changes including order rescheduling and cancelation.


Assessment of current Kingdee procedures and practices to eliminate non-real time data entry and paperwork systems.



Ensure that all standard operating procedures across all departments and functions are documented and process flow mapped in detail to ensure clear responsibilities and methods of operation of the Kingdee system.


Establishe and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff in order to obtain feedback implement process improvement and hence effect Kingdee improvements. Implements the tools/techniques of “lean” to employees by educating, mentoring and coaching staff in use of the Kingdee system.


Contributes to a positive team environment within the Etratech organization.


Other responsibilities, functions, duties and projects as assigned by the EAP General Manager

Qualification:

Education:

· Degree qualified in a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary educational institution (eg. Business Administration, Finance or IT Engineering).

· A strong background in the implementation and optimization of ERP systems and financial management as it relates to manufacturing.

· An understanding of Lean processes in the Electronics Manufacturing Services Industry.

· Leadership training


Experience:

· Minimum 8 years related experience ideally in a volume electronics manufacturing environment.

· Previous experience with ERP systems and MRP driven production schedules and computerized inventory control systems as they relate to manufacturing operations.

· Previously established financial management and reporting utilizing ERP systems.

· Proven track record in teaching, facilitating and coaching for change and CI related to ERP systems.

· Project responsibility for the implementation of CI initiatives producing tangible results leading to improved financial performance.

Knowledge/Skills:

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required in dealing with all levels of employees across all departments.

· Strong command of the English language, both written and oral.

· Results orientated management philosophy, problem solver, able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

· Strong planning, analytical and organization skills are essential to this proactive role.

· Strong PC skills and proficiency in the use of the ERP system to analyze and report data, prepare management reports and presentations.

· Knowledge of electronic components and electronic assembly processes.

· Good working knowledge of finance systems and procedures as they relate to manufacturing processes.
