职位描述
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. In charge of AIR budget and performance in South China
2. Build up good relationship with Air lines or/and their agents and drives competitive pricing
3. Monitors compliance of Regional air product to global pricing standards and makes needed changes
4. Executes pricing campaigns (e.g. seasonal offers)
5. Drive Corporate Account performance through collaboration with CMA CGM Global Account team
6. Provides pricing for Sales growth on regional level (including standard factor-based pricing methodology), supports and follows up with Sales
7. Answers Global Bidding Tender and region to region pricing requests, from break-down of pricing instructions to roll-up of pricing input and submitting
8. Executes Regional bid response, in particular qualification of bids received, formulation of bid strategy, gathering and checking of pricing inputs, consolidates country bid Response
9. Designs adequate solutions for customers based on the input of Sales and takes pricing decisions
10. Continuously enlarge Air business customer portfolio
11. Lead sales team to drive expected Sales growth
12. Proactively expand our customer base and speed up the new customer acquisition by working closely with other teams and by leverage of the Sales resources in the company
13. Ensure customer data and segmentation for the geography is managed and maintained.
14. Provide Sales and branch performance report and analysis to Regional Manager to drive business insights.
15. Coach the Sales team on the Sales activities and best practice to maximize the Sales productivity
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
1. University degree, major in business preferred.
2. At least 10 years work experience of multinational company in Air sales, working background in an air-line is a must.
3. Wider connection with air forwarding companies, especially the ones flying cargo to Middle east, Lebanon, Africa and Europe
4. Fluent English, in both written and speaking
5. Minimum 5 years in Sales management role with a equivalent size of the team
6. Very customer focus mindset
7. Result oriented and able to take pressure
8. Strong discipline and People Management skills
9. Proven track record in building, retaining and motivating a high performance team.
10. Excellent business sense with good analytical skills.
11. Excellent communication, negotiating and influencing skills.
12. Ability to take ownership and set own goals and priorities
