Critical Job Elements

? Responsibilities include day-to-day activities relating to all aspects of customer satisfaction;
? Entering orders and managing backlog including analysis and problem solving;
? Interacting with program managers and manufacturing to coordinate late and expedited orders and informing customers of delivery updates;
? Fulfilling orders and reconciling inventory; and assisting finance with customer past due collections and invoicing issues.
? Also involves distribution, supplier managed inventory (SMI), vendor sales, credit challenged accounts and other program definitions.


Qualifications

? Associates degree, Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
? Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) and fluency in Mandarin and English are required.
? Candidate will be proficient with PC tools for word processing, e-mail and spreadsheets and possess an understanding of a typical manufacturing environment (contract manufacturing environment preferred).
? Excellent "front line" customer service and problem solving skills are a necessity.
? Knowledge in SAP order management is desirable.
? Must have local work permits and be eligible for international travel.
