该职位主要是帮助客户进行声学器件（扬声器、受话器、麦克风）的应用支持：设计、生产、测试

Main duties:
1.support customer design
a.Respond to customer requests regarding technical issue
b.Meet customers together with sales to understand customer needs
c.Analyze customer design and advice customer
d.Work closely with the seltech and Knowles support team
e.Support of Global Account Managers for technical requests

2.Quality
a.Help to handle customer quality complaints
b.Do on site debug during manufacturing


Education:
1.University degree in electronics or mechanical prefer majority related to acoustic area
2.Familiar with acoustic simulation software


Minimum job experience:
1.2+years experiences as FAE for handset or mobile application
2.Notion of manufacturing materials and processes
3.Notion of national audio standards of mobile phone
4.Prefer to have worked in acoustic related company, like cell phone, tablet, GPS,...


Special knowledge and character
1.Good English(able to understand acoustic course in English and discuss application questions with foreign acoustic expert)
2.Power use of IT tools MS-office,emails...
3.Team spirit and Player
4.Has notion of quality
5.Assiduous and aspiring, open-minded
6.Willing to travel frequently
