Principal accountabilities主要工作职责：
1. 根据公司的招聘计划及预算，有效的完成中国区各类岗位招聘；
2. 拓展招聘渠道，发布招聘广告；
3. 筛选简历、安排面试及跟进入职流程；
4. 根据招聘流程，完成各类招聘报表；
5. 帮助建立积极的员工关系，协调员工与管理层的关系，组织策划员工的各类活动；
6. 协助上级完成对员工的年度考核及其他工作安排。
1. Complete all kinds of recruiting effectively in China accordance with Co. recruiting planning and budget ;
2. Expand recruiting channel, publish recruitment Ad.;
3. Searching CV, arrange interview and follow up onboard procedure;
4. Complete recruitment reports;
5. Establish staff relationship in positive, coordinator staff and management relations, organize staff Activity;
6. Assist Superior to complete Annual Performance Review and other routine work.


Qualifications任职资格：
1. 大专或以上学历，人力资源、英语相关专业；
2. 至少3年或以上同等岗位工作经验，具有外资企业工作经验者优先考虑；
3. 良好的英语书写及口语表达能力；
4. 熟练使用办公软件；
5. 责任感强，优秀的沟通能力，细心、耐心及严谨的工作态度；
6. 良好的团队合作精神，工作原则性强。
1. Associate Degree or above, Human Resource or English major is preferred;
2. 3 years working experience in the same work position at lease, Overseas-funded enterprise work experience is preferred;
3. Good English in wrote and spoken;
4. Be good at MS Office;
5. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication ability, carefully, patient and precise work attitude;
6. Good team work spirit with strong principle;
