Job Description
In this position, the candidate will be Senior Field Application Engineer or project leader in IPG FAE team of Shenzhen STMicroelectronics, he/she will support key Home appliance customers in technical field from project evaluation to product mass production based on IPG products line. His/her responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Provide Schematic/PCB reference design based on IPG products.
- Samples collection/Demo board mounting/test.
- trouble-shooting and failure analysis in field.
- Provide technical presentations and documentation on reference design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Master degree with major of Electrical Engineering or Science.
- 5+ years related home appliances development working experience in.
- Thorough understanding of general Power device structure.
- Must have the competence to design reference board of IPG devices stand alone.
- Good Hardware debug experience and EDA skills (PADS/Cadence Designer is preferred).
- Must have good knowledge of team work concept and has good communication skills
- Good skills in reading and composing documentation in English
- Good capability of learning new technical knowledge
- Profile needed must be communicative and proactive.
- Experience in coding and debugging in 32-bit ST MCU platform is a plus.
