RESPONSIBILTIES:

1. Improve the training & development system;
2. Support manager to design and develop training & development programs based on both organization's and the individual's needs;
3. Analysis and carry out internal and external training program from planning, organizing, implementing, summarizing and following up;
4.Search external training vendor;
5. Assist on other HR works include recruting, employee relations, etc.
6. Perfect other modules of HR system, promote the efficiency and quality;
7. Other work assigned by manager.

PROFILE：

Experience :
1.Five years experience in HR related work, understand labor law and regulation is preferred;
2.Familiar with the HR knowledge and work flow, more than two years full-time training experience;
3.Great practical experience in organization and personnel adjustment, career development design;
4.Work independently and can work under pressure;
5.Good communication and interpersonal skill, good team spirit ;
6.Fluent English both in oral and written

Educated level: College degree or above
Major: HR or relevant
